Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, audit, and tax advisory roles.
- Practical knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally.
- Proficiency with Dynamic 365 (added advantage)
- Ability to prepare, interpret, and present accurate financial statements and reports.
- Competence in handling audit assignments and client financial reviews.
- Strong understanding of internal controls and regulatory frameworks.
- Age not above 35 years.
