Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in research, policy analysis, or consultancy.
- Demonstrated proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R).
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to produce research reports, policy briefs, and technical documents.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and survey design.
- Familiarity with report writing for development partners, government, or private sector clients.
- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
