Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution. (Master’s degree in Education Management, Educational Leadership, or a related discipline is an added advantage.)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in educational administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing tertiary institutions or training colleges.
- In-depth understanding of KASNEB courses, including CPA, CIFA, and CS, and their accreditation requirements.
- Familiarity with KNEC examination structures and standards.
- Knowledge of ICT curricula, and the associated technological requirements.
- Proficiency in managing and utilizing ICT systems within an educational setting.
- Ability to oversee the integration of technology in teaching, learning, and administrative processes.
- Experience in ensuring institutional compliance with educational regulations and quality assurance protocols.
