We are seeking a dedicated and organized After-Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and service requests. The After-Sales Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience remains positive and reinforcing our brand loyalty

● Oversee client support services, respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
● Provide solutions to issues or escalate them to the relevant departments when necessary.
● Communicate effectively with customers to clarify information, answer questions, and guide them through troubleshooting.
● Maintain and ensure data accuracy, detailed records of customer contracts, interactions, service requests, and solutions provided.
● Generate and analyze reports on customer feedback, service issues, and resolutions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
● Identify common issues and recommend improvements in after-sales processes and customer support materials.
● Coordinate with other departments to facilitate product replacements, returns, or repairs.
● Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
● Monitor the status of pending customer cases and keep customers informed about their progress.
● Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and service teams to enhance the customer experience.
● Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
● Educate customers on the proper use, care, and maintenance of products to reduce future issues and improve satisfaction.
● Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings with suppliers and internal departments.
● Maintain relationship with all relevant stakeholders while adhering to company code of conduct and Values
● Own and manage all After Sales Service KPIs (cost, first-time fix, call turnaround time, productivity output, and efficiency ratio per employee) to achieve maximum efficiency
Requirements:
● A Diploma or Degree from any recognized institution in a relevant field
● 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within procurement or supply chain
● Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
● Enthusiastic and committed with a track record of building strong, trusted base relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
● Enthusiastic to learn and grasp technical know-how of the services provided
● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
● Self-driven and able to work under minimal or no supervision
● Computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Accountability: Demonstrates transparency, takes ownership of responsibilities, and consistently fulfills commitments
● Impact: Contributes to business success and fosters employee development.
