Roles & Responsibilities:
Address and resolve all resident’s repair and maintenance issues, collaborating with or directing technicians as needed.
Ensuring post-vacation units are prepped to perfection for the next residents.
Ensure the pristine condition of common areas and assets, from corridors to electrical systems.
Conduct regular audits, foreseeing potential issues and mitigating them proactively.
Sourcing and reviewing technicians, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Manage procurement processes efficiently, and oversee the usage of materials during repairs.
Technical Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building science in Real Estate or a related technical field.
Computer knowledge in real estate related with education of various packages.
Experience:
Experience in building maintenance, property management, or a related technical role.
Experience in coordinating with service providers and technicians.
Skills:
Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Proficiency in technical auditing and quality assurance.
Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management.
Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team.
