The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team of 10-15 sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets in the printing & packaging industry, which is high paced and competitive. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of sales strategies, team management, and client relationship building. The Sales Manager will oversee the team in servicing and expanding a portfolio of at least 150 clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Qualification: MBA/MA/MSc in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

Linguistic skills: Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
Experience:
i. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales & marketing of sheetfed offset and/or large format printed products
ii. Minimum 3 years’ experience of managing a sales & marketing team of at least 10 individuals.
iii. Exposure to several technologies including: sheetfed offset & large format printing
iv. Serving at least 50 clients, and selling a minimum of 100 SKU’s
v. Working in a competitive market with at least 5 large competitors
vi. Managing sales of at least 1,000,000 USD per annum
vii. Ideally has worked in Africa in the printing industry
Age: Minimum 30 years old - Maximum 40 years old
Product line: Commercial Printing (books, posters, flyers, carnets), Large Format printing (billboards, pull up banners, tear drops)
Remuneration: Salary is market competitive
