Bun & Beef is looking for an experienced chef to join our team, bringing skill and efficiency to a high-paced kitchen. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook all menu items, including burgers, fries, and other offerings, according to Bun & Beef’s recipes and standards.
- Consistency and Quality: Ensure each dish is cooked and presented to exact specifications, upholding Bun & Beef’s quality standards.
- Ingredient Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate ingredients using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method, and keep track of items needing replenishment.
- Kitchen Organization: Keep your station clean and organized throughout shifts, ensuring all kitchen areas meet hygiene and sanitation requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during peak hours.
- Health and Safety: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including safe handling and storage of ingredients.
- Equipment Care: Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Culinary training or professional kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
