The trainer/facilitator will develop and deliver high-impact training and workshops in Fire and Safety that engage clients, meet their learning objectives, and contribute to the program's overall performance and targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Training: Develop and conduct interactive fire and safety training sessions, workshops, and simulations for corporate, industrial, and public sector clients.
- Emergency Response Preparedness: Train participants on fire prevention, risk assessment, first aid, and evacuation procedures.
- Customized Learning Approaches: Use case studies, hands-on exercises, demonstrations, and group discussions to enhance learning.
- Compliance and Industry Standards: Ensure all training aligns with international safety standards such as NFPA, OSHA, ISO 45001, and local fire safety regulations.
- Training Materials Development: Create training manuals, presentations, and handbooks tailored to different industries.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Fire Science, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
- 5+ years of professional experience in fire safety, emergency response, workplace safety training, or risk management.
- Certifications in Fire & Safety (e.g., NFPA, NEBOSH Fire Safety, IOSH, OSHA Fire Protection, or relevant industry certifications).
- Proven experience in corporate safety training and facilitating adult learning workshops.
- Hands-on experience with fire safety equipment, fire drills, and emergency response planning.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory compliance related to fire safety and risk management.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
