    Key Responsibilities:

    • General Administrative Support:
    • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to teams and departments.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
    • Office Management:
    • Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
    • Assist with maintaining office equipment and coordinating necessary repairs.
    • Monitor and maintain a clean, organized workspace during the night shift.
    • Coordination and Communication:
    • Serve as a point of contact for team members working remotely or across different time zones.
    • Facilitate communication between day-shift staff and management as needed.
    • Ensure that important updates and tasks are passed on for seamless continuity of work.
    • Special Projects:
    • Assist with various administrative tasks or special projects as assigned by management.
    • Perform ad-hoc duties to support office operations and the success of business objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
    • Proven experience in an administrative support or office assistant role.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Availability to work night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

    • The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing the company HR department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment.     Key Responsibilities:

    • HR Department Setup & Strategy
    • Establish and develop the HR function from the ground up, aligning with the company vision and business objectives.

    • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning 
    • Develop recruitment strategies and oversee the hiring process to attract top talent.

    • Employee Relations & Performance Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, handling grievances and conflict resolution.
    • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to track employee growth and productivity.
    • Develop employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
    • Learning & Development
    • Identify training needs and design employee development programs.
    • Organize leadership and career growth initiatives to enhance employee skills.
    • Ensure compliance with training requirements and succession planning.

    • Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures.
    • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with statutory deductions.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
    • HR Systems & Reporting
    • Implement HR software for tracking employee records, leave management, and performance reviews.
    • Generate HR reports to support management decisions. 
    • Conduct HR analytics to measure key workforce trends.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
    • 8 years of experience as HR Generalist with 5 years in Management, preferably in a startup or fast-growing company.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
