    Key Responsibilities

    • Knowledge of revolving credit products and financial services regulations.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and collection software.

    Poultry Casual Worker

    Responsibilities:

    • Feeding and watering poultry as per farm guidelines.

    • On behalf of our client growing poultry farm we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness, boost sales, and build strong customer relationships.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a marketing plan to increase sales and brand visibility.
    • Identify and establish relationships with wholesalers, retailers, restaurants, and direct customers.
    • Create and manage social media content, including posts, promotions, and engagement with followers.
    • Organize and attend local farmers' markets, trade fairs, and community events to showcase products.
    • Work with the production team to align marketing efforts with inventory levels and supply chain capacity.
    • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
    • Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive while ensuring profitability.
    • Manage advertising campaigns, including digital marketing, print ads, and local promotions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Carrying out opening duties by, heading team briefs and assigning employee their tasks for the day.
    • Supervising and manage staff at the branch level and ensure their performance targets are met.
    • Managing office operations such as rent payments, permits, petty cash and any other payment.
    • Training and coach new staff so that they understand company products and services
    • Overseeing and monitor the performance of staff portfolios.
    • Analyzing the market and advise on risks and how to mitigate them.
