- The key responsibility of this position is to sell internet service and ICT solutions to SMEs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing relationships with targeted customers to understand their respective business needs and provide innovative and value adding solutions.
- Understand the customer's business and IT strategy in the long term and map these requirements to industry trends while seeking business opportunities.
- Responsible for overall account management, account development, relationship and sales development so as to achieve the set monthly sales targets.
- Identify and sell multiple products and services into client accounts
- Maximum customer exposure and response to business development requirements through a proactive approach of periodic reviews with key contacts within the organization.
- Timely reporting in Sales pipeline management & opportunity management
- Prepare regular and ad hoc sales reports & analysis
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing /Business Management/ ICT or other relevant field
- At least 2 years’ experience in selling Internet services
- Excellent customer relationship management skills and ability to interact at all levels
- Adept at prospecting, funnel management and closing business opportunities
- Good understanding of basic ICT solutions
- Self-starter with good sales experience and drive to achieve assigned sales targets
