Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Door-to-Door Salesperson to join our sales team in the Nairobi CBD. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales through face-to-face interactions. This position is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, persuasive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential customers: Visit homes or businesses within the CBD area to promote our products/services.

  • Present product features and benefits: Communicate key features of our offerings to potential customers in a clear and convincing manner.

  • Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals through proactive efforts.

  • Build customer relationships: Establish rapport with potential clients to build trust and increase the likelihood of a sale.

  • Handle objections and close sales: Respond to customer questions, address concerns, and successfully close sales.

  • Maintain sales records: Keep track of customer interactions, sales performance, and follow-up appointments.

  • Attend regular team meetings: Provide feedback, report progress, and discuss strategies with the sales team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous sales experience: Door-to-door, retail, or other direct sales experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage and persuade a variety of people.

  • Self-motivated: Comfortable working independently and meeting sales goals without constant supervision.
