The Elevator Salesperson will drive the sales of elevator products and services to commercial and residential clients. This role involves generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong sales and negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver solutions tailored to client needs

  • Minimum Qualification :Bachelors
  • Experience Level :Mid level
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish long-term relationships with clients, and maintain a robust client base.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets; conduct market analysis to understand client requirements and competition.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's elevator products and services, including specifications, benefits, and installation processes.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals; customize solutions based on client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, clarify terms, and close sales with both new and existing clients.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution, addressing any client concerns during the process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience: Proven sales experience, ideally in the elevator or construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; 
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with elevator mechanics and installation processes is a plus.
  • Other Requirements: A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
