SPMS, a recently launched property management services company is looking for sales professionals to join our dynamic team as field marketers responsible for cultivating leads, creating relationships with landlords and developers and converting them into clients to join our rapidly growing property management portfolio.   • Minimum Qualification :Diploma
  • Experience Level :Mid level
  • Experience Length :2 years

We are looking for a diligent and self-driven individuals with developed interpersonal skills and are truly passionate about interactive

sales. Prior experience in sales and proven track record in real estate or related industry is required.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

-Build business relationships that will increase brand awareness.

-Contact; Connect and Close deals with potential clients and developers.

-Successfully negotiate contracts with landlords and take charge to ensure smooth on-boarding of their properties into the  SPMS

portfolio. 

-Prepare field marketing status reporting on weekly basis

-Team player, providing sales support  and back-up through documenting, sharing leads etc. with other team members.

-Monitor real estate trends and competition activities.

-Promote our firm expansion opportunities to developers through successful field marketing programs.

REQUIRED SKILLS

-Persistence; positivity; prospecting skills.

-Ability to navigate around gate keepers

-Quick thinking; self - drive and passion to succeed.  

- Effective interpersonal communication covering verbal and written and presentation.

-Project management -ability to prioritize, time manage and meet targets. 

- Computer savvy and creativity. 

-Negotiation skills to enable one effortlessly close deals with ease.
