We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in diagnostics or medical devices, specifically hospital instruments or laboratory equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of medical and laboratory equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Travel to client sites as required.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Technical Qualification: National Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Medical Technician.
- Must have a medical background or laboratory experience.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Field Service Engineer or Instrument Engineer.
- Experience with diagnostics or medical devices, specifically hospital instruments or laboratory equipment.
- Valid driver's license and access to a car.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
