Position: Fleet Maintenance Specialist Company: TJL Co Limited Background: TJL Co Limited is a standard registered company with more than seven years of experience in transportation of a huge volume of construction and building materials such as clinker, coal, aggregate, and hardcore stones. TJL is looking for a passionate, hard-working, reliable and excellent time keeper to join the position of fleet maintenance specialist. The aspirant should be able to demonstrate leadership skills, analytical, and problem solving skills. Job Roles:- Contacting drivers regarding status kg trucks to undergo services/maintenance or major repairs
- Organise Inspection of trucks on a daily basis
- Manage mechanic issues arising from inspection and driver complaints
- Develop the workshop SOP and ensure compliance
- Apply the hygiene and safety rules in the workshop premises.
- Control the proper functioning of tools and workshop materials
- Responsible for all ongoing repairs orders/job cards
- Responsible for proper record keeping of all the maintenance documents for the fleet
- Ordering spare parts and supplies as needed
- Inform the management on adherence to warranties for parts
- Arranging and organising training for technicians
- Forecast maintenance KPIs with management and ensure they are met
- Ensure down time for breakdown minimized and workshop revisit for trucks reduced
- A degree in mechanical/automotive/automobile engineering
- A GPA of not less than 3.6
