Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Personal Attributes Required:
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- The job holder must possess;
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
- A minimum of 3 year’s relevant experience in a fast paced set up.
- Should have CISA/CISM, or any other ICT certifications
- Membership to Computer Society of Kenya
- Experience in teaching is desirable
- Experience in managing content and production for high traffic websites.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls and Routers.
- Conceptual, analytical and creative skills
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have the drive to continually improve processes and seek new challenges
- Working Knowledge in data base and ERP is necessary
- Must demonstrate ability to handle budgets, resources, processes, projects.
- Must have ability to plan, organize, implement and evaluate departmental goals

- Master's Degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
- Valid nursing license and registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in higher education administration, preferably as a department chair, dean, or principal.
- Proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and academic program development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholdersFamiliarity with accreditation standards and compliance regulationsStrong analytical and budgeting skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a college or university setting, preferably as a principal or in a senior leadership role.
- Experience with grant writing and fundraising.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.
- Must be an honest person full of integrity in their personal conduct and handling of job responsibilities
