Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process and conduct new employee orientations to foster a positive onboarding experience.

2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in line with company policies.

3. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the performance management system. Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and identifying employee development needs.

4. Policy Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Kenya. Maintain and update policies in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.

5. Compensation and Benefits: Administer payroll, employee benefits, and compensation packages. Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

6. HR Administration: Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave records.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
