Information Communication Technology (ICT) Manager

Responsibilities
- Strategy: Develop and implement regional ICT strategies in line with business goals, ensuring that technology investments support long-term growth, innovation and operational efficiency.
- Cyber Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce ICT policies and procedures to maintain data security and regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to local and international data protection laws. Ensure the availability, security, and efficiency of ICT infrastructure and systems.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between regional ICT teams and the Cluster Head of ICT for strategic alignment. Provide technical insights and reports to senior management.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage regional ICT teams to ensure high performance and collaboration. Oversee recruitment, training and development of ICT staff in the region.
- Project Management: Lead cross-border ICT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for project success.
- Cost Management: Manage ICT budgets, procurement and contracts with technology vendors. Ensure cost-effective solutions that meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in the ICT sector, with more than 3 years in a similar leadership role within a corporate environment.
- A Bachelor’s Degree and relevant professional qualifications (mandatory).
- Experience in the healthcare sector is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership, project management, and regional coordination skills.
