Description
In this role, you will plan, develop, and execute a brand's online presence across various social media platforms and content channels. You will also focus on creating engaging content, building audience engagement, and driving brand awareness and business objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, analyzing market trends, and leveraging social media dynamics to tailor the digital conversation.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various social media platforms
- Analyze data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI
- Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, up-to-date content
- Respond directly to comments and questions on social media posts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to grow the company’s network and target new followers
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–7 years in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
- Strong client relationship and project management ability.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Suite, and similar scheduling platforms.
- Data-savvy with experience developing performance dashboards.
- Comfortable working with creative teams and reporting to senior leadership.
- A background in consumer psychology, user experience, data analysis or advanced certifications on digital platforms is a plus.

The role will require developing learning programs, reinforcing team SOPs, driving team engagement, and supporting performance alignment — particularly within a Gen Z creative team working primarily remotely.
Duties & Responsibilities
Talent Development & Learning
- Manage our internal e-learning platform: curate & upload training content.
- Develop personalized training plans and oversee course completion metrics.
- Recommend and budget for external course purchases aligned with role gaps.
Culture & Engagement
- Champion and evolve the agency’s core values into everyday practice.
- Plan and coordinate monthly team-building activities and learning days.
- Run feedback loops (pulse surveys, check-ins) to boost employee morale.
Performance & Process Alignment
- Reinforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.
- Work with department heads to monitor team KPI performance.
- Support leadership in dealing with underperformance and exits respectfully.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the bridge between team members and management.
- Drive better cross-team communication and project follow-through.
- Document HR processes and support conflict resolution.
Skills & Experience
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, team development, or people leadership.
- Familiarity with remote team tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, E-Learning Platforms, Google Suite).
- Strong communicator, emotionally intelligent, and highly organized.
- Naturally extroverted, enthusiastic about culture, and passionate about people.
- Experience working with Gen Z or creative teams is a big plus.
