Job Description
Finance Support
- Processing supplier invoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account payments grant disbursements, payroll deductions and all other payments in close collaboration with the Finance Officer.
- Be responsible for remitting payment advice to payees or relevant staff immediately after payments are processed.
- Assist in posting transactions to the Agresso accounting system as guided by the Finance Officer.
- Filing of statutory returns including but not limited to organization Income tax return, PAYE, WHIT, Housing levy, NHIF and NSSF in close collaboration with the Finance Officer
- Responsible for timely filing and archiving of financial and administrative documents as guided by the Supervisor/Manager
- Acting as the bank agent and an inputter to the online platform.
- Administration Support
- Assist in procurement processes, including filing and archiving of documents thereof.
- Assist in assets management, ensuring all assets are tagged as provided for in the asset management routines and ensure assets are insured.
- Minor IT support including receiving from staff broken/damaged phones and Laptops and liaising with the IT provider for repairs.
- Minor Systems support - Monitoring to ensure the printers are in good working condition and liaising with the servicing company as needed.
- Assist staff in operating office equipment e.g., photocopier, scanner, printer, shredder, etc.
- Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment, ordering and tracking office supplies, and updating inventory.
- Other Tasks
- Other tasks delegated by line manager.
- Contribute to the organizational learning and development of ForumCiv in general, and of the ROESA in particular.
Requirements
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- At least a first degree in Business Administration or Finance or equivalent from a recognized university
- At least CPA Part II or equivalent
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTITUDE REQUIRED
- At least two years’ work experience in a busy accounting/finance environment
- Experience of working in the non-profit/NGO sector
- Good command of Excel
- Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate and manage a diverse array of activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively within time constraints.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural, international team.
- High level of Integrity and good judgment.

Job Description
- Under the supervision of the Communication Officer, the C4D Intern will be responsible for the following duties.
- Assist with drafting and publishing of articles, photos, graphics and multimedia elements related to the programme as required
- Assist with conceptualising campaigns and social media activations
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of social media materials and digital products
- Assist with design, editing, and production of graphic materials to support online and offline communications
- Provide general administrative support including taking meeting minutes, setting up meetings and conference calls, etc.
- Support communications projects and campaigns as they arise, including conducting research and summarising relevant information

Job Description

- Support with data collection, analysis and utilisation efforts,
- Assist with the implementation of PMR activities according to the planned time frame.
- Support in the develop and utilisation of PMR tools,
- Contribute to the preparation of input for the implementation of Programme support tools including reporting tools,
- Support with programme archiving in-line with organizational guidelines,
- Support with the preparation of reports as required,
- Assist with logistical and administrative arrangements relating to the implementation of programme activities,
- Support in organizing and executing learning events that support the programme,
- Support the programmes team with planning and implementation of activities/processes,
