Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze legal judgments and identify the area of law;
- Assist in marking up and annotation of judicial decisions;
- Review anonymization of the judicial decisions;
- Assist in extraction of cases, statutes, abbreviations, international instruments and text and journals cited and advocates in all judicial opinions;
- Assist in assigning proper citation of all cases published in the case law database;
- Assist in conducting legal research.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Law, paralegal studies, or equivalent Social Sciences or related field;
- Previous experience in legal research, copy reading, law reporting will be an added advantage;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
