Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will oversee all marketing efforts for Addastra Leadership Academy, focusing on promoting the school’s programs, increasing enrollment, and enhancing its reputation within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the school.

• Manage the school’s social media platforms and website content.

• Organize and coordinate promotional events, open days, and community outreach activities.

• Create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and advertisements.

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with staff and leadership to align marketing goals with the school’s mission and vision.

Required Skills:

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to craft effective marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Digital Marketing: Proficiency in social media, SEO, and content management.

• Event Planning: Skilled in organizing promotional and community events.
