We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin/Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a valid driver's license, and a proficiency in computer applications. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including general office duties, document management, and occasional driving assignments.

Administrative Tasks:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
Document Management:
- Create and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Prepare and format documents, including letters, memos, and presentations.
- Scan, copy, and file documents as needed.
Driving Duties:
- Transport staff or company materials as required.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and adherence to traffic regulations.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office software and equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma/Degree in any business-related field
Salary:
KES 15,000 per month
