Description:
As a Cluster Manager, you will supervise multiple sales teams within a specific geographic area or market segment, ensuring effective sales operations to meet company targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise retail shops within your cluster.
- Plan and coordinate sales activities to meet monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and prepare reports.
- Audit products and stock levels monthly.
- Cross-check shop accounts for timely cash deposits.
- Address team feedback and resolve conflicts.
- Follow up on customer credit payments (defaulters).
- Submit monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
