Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Management:
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize company performance and ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Market Understanding:
Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Kenyan betting landscape to align operations with market demands and regulatory requirements.
Develop strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention specific to the Kenyan market.
Regulatory Compliance and Tax Management
Ensure full compliance with Kenyan betting, gaming, and taxation laws, collaborating closely with relevant regulatory and tax authorities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in local regulations, ensuring the business remains compliant and operationally sound.
Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance documents in line with Kenyan law.
Product Management
Oversee product development, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to refine existing offerings and introduce innovative solutions tailored to the Kenyan market.
Ensure seamless integration of product updates and improvements into operational workflows.
Team Leadership:
Oversee, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, regular evaluations, and professional development.
Customer Experience and Retention:
Work closely with customer support and marketing teams to improve the overall user experience.
Analyze customer feedback to continuously refine operational strategies.
Data and Performance Analytics:

Financial Oversight:

Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
A minimum of 8 years of senior managerial experience in the online betting or gaming industry.
