As the Operations Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency across our sites. You will lead and support a dedicated team, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the cleaning or sanitation industry. 

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Work Planning and Tracking:

o Develop comprehensive work plans tailored to specific site requirements and operational goals.

o Implement effective tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.

2. Flexible Scheduling:

o Must be available to work both day and night shifts interchangeably, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure seamless site management.

3. Team Leadership and Oversight:

o Lead cleaning teams in executing tasks and assignments, establishing a systematic follow-up process to guarantee completion and adherence to quality standards.

o Provide guidance and support to team leaders and frontline staff to foster a collaborative work environment.

4. Training and Development:

o Focus on the continuous training and development of team members to cultivate good working practices and enhance service delivery.

o Identify training needs and create targeted training plans to address skill gaps and improve team performance.

5. Excellence in Standards:

o Ensure adherence to the highest standards of cleanliness, staff grooming, and courtesy toward guests, promoting a culture of excellence.

o Drive innovation in cleaning practices and operational procedures to enhance service quality.

6. Client Feedback Management:

o Take full ownership of client feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up to maintain client satisfaction and trust.

7. Site Audits:

o Conduct daily site audits to assess cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

8. Collaboration with Senior Staff:

o Work closely with senior management to coordinate guest experience training, ensuring all staff understand and uphold service expectations.

9. Resource Management:

o Manage labor and supply costs effectively, maintaining them below the assigned thresholds while optimizing operational efficiency.

10. Implementation of Best Practices:

o Introduce and implement best practices in cleaning and sanitation processes, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.

11. Staff Scheduling and Absences:

o Efficiently manage staff rotation plans, including sick days, off days, absences, and leave requests, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Qualifications:

1. Degree or diploma from a recognized hospitality training institution or equivalent experience.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or hospitality sector, with strong references to support your application.
