Established 74 years ago, the organization works to protect and care for children who have lost parental care or are at risk of losing it. It operates globally, with 135 locations in countries such as Zanzibar, Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, and Iringa. Job Title: Project Manager – Children in Street Situation Project

Duty Station: Dodoma

Reporting to: Head of Programs

Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the “Children Living and Working on the Street” project, ensuring active participation of children, families, and local communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of project activities with partners.
  • Ensure child protection and family development processes are implemented.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including local authorities and media.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, child rights, and community development.
  • Expertise in leadership, monitoring, and evaluation.
