It operates globally, with 135 locations in countries such as Zanzibar, Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, and Iringa. Job Title: Project Manager – Children in Street Situation Project
Duty Station: Dodoma
Reporting to: Head of Programs
Job Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the “Children Living and Working on the Street” project, ensuring active participation of children, families, and local communities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of project activities with partners.
- Ensure child protection and family development processes are implemented.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, including local authorities and media.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, child rights, and community development.
- Expertise in leadership, monitoring, and evaluation.
