Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative/Realtor to join our team, specializing in rental properties and BnB-style accommodations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in client acquisition, lead generation, and providing top-tier service to match clients with their ideal properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition for Rentals and BnB Stays: Actively identify and engage with clients searching for rental properties and short-term accommodations through digital marketing, social media, and networking.
- Lead Generation and Outreach: Develop strategies to attract potential tenants and guests via platforms like social media, rental websites, referrals, and networking events.
- Client Consultations: Meet with clients to assess their rental or short-term stay needs, including budget, location preferences, and desired amenities, and recommend suitable options.
- Property Showings and Tours: Coordinate and conduct property tours, highlighting key features of each property for long-term rentals or short-term stays.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure listings are visually appealing and have maximum visibility, including crafting compelling property descriptions.
- Booking and Lease Facilitation: Guide clients through booking and lease application processes, addressing any questions about terms, rates, or policies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with tenants, short-term guests, and property owners, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends to provide clients with valuable insights and competitive pricing.
