Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee all daily operations of the Restaurant, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Lead, train, and motivate the Restaurant staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Monitor budgets, manage costs, and prepare financial reports.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism to maintain a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Restaurant and attract new business.
Experience and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager for more than 10 years or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Restaurant management software and financial reporting tools.
• A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
• Preferably Age 30-45 Years
