As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining high customer service standards, managing team scheduling, inventory, and ensuring quality control.

  • Minimum Qualification :Bachelors
  • Experience Level :Mid level
  • Experience Length :2 years
  •  Oversee Daily Operations: Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
  •  Maintain High Customer Service Standards: Implement and maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving customer complaints promptly.
  •  Manage Team: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  •  Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to optimize profitability.
  •  Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  •  Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  •  Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue analysis.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  •  Proven experience managing and supervising teams in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  •  Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Strong organizational and time management abilities
  •  Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
