As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining high customer service standards, managing team scheduling, inventory, and ensuring quality control.

- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
- Maintain High Customer Service Standards: Implement and maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving customer complaints promptly.
- Manage Team: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to optimize profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
