The Tanzanian Children’s Fund works to ensure that all children and families in the Karatu region of northern Tanzania lead healthy and productive lives
Rift Valley Children’s Fund are seeking teachers in Business Studies and Book Keeping to work in our partner schools in Karatu District at Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary levels. Our goal is to ensure that all students have the opportunity for quality education in a safe and supportive school environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- To be a role model to students and all other staff members both inside and outside the classroom.
- Receive feedback positively and are ready to improve your teaching practice, to ensure student centered learning.
- Believe that a high level of discipline and academic performance can be achieved without using violence.
- You are ready to go the extra distance to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Are a competent English speaker and are ready speak English both inside and outside the classroom.
What we need from you?
- A Tanzanian with Degree or Diploma level qualification from a recognized university/college in Teaching or Education in Business Studies and Booking Keeping
- Fluency in English Language.
- Professionalism in all areas of your work duties.
- Previous teaching experience including volunteering is essential.
- Females are strongly recommended to apply.
