We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and creative Tours Executive to join our team and help design exceptional safari packages and itineraries. You will be responsible for creating and managing customized safari packages and itineraries that meet client expectations and reflect our high standards of service.

  • Minimum Qualification :Diploma
  • Experience Level :Mid level
  • Experience Length :2 years
  • Design unique safari packages, including accommodation, meals, activities, and transportation, tailored to meet the needs of diverse client groups (individuals, families, groups).
  • Develop different tour packages catering to various themes such as luxury safaris, family safaris, adventure safaris, photography tours, and eco-tours.
  • Regularly update and improve existing packages based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Create detailed daily itineraries for safaris that maximize clients’ experience and ensure smooth logistics.
  • Work with guides and local partners to plan optimal routes, timing, and activities for each safari tour.
  • Ensure itineraries include key attractions, such as Maasai Mara, Amboseli National Park, Samburu, Lake Nakuru, Tsavo, and others.
  • Maintain relationships with local suppliers, including lodges, camps, transport companies, and guides.
  • Ensure quality standards are met by all partners involved in delivering safari packages.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure availability during peak travel seasons and special events.
  • Assist the sales and customer service teams in understanding package details and client preferences.
  • Communicate with clients to gather feedback and tailor itineraries based on specific interests or special requests.
  • Provide pre-departure information to clients, including packing lists, travel tips, and important safety information.
  • Stay informed about travel trends, new attractions, seasonal wildlife migrations, and other aspects that could enhance safari packages.
  • Research competitor offerings to ensure our packages are competitive and innovative.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of packages, itineraries, contracts, and pricing.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for each package and monitor expenditure to ensure profitability.
  • Work with the marketing team to prepare package descriptions, website content, and promotional materials.
