Position Overview:
- Nourish Juices, a natural juice production company based in Nairobi, Kenya, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, managing sales operations, and building strong customer relationships.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Sales Management: Build and lead the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels to strengthen brand identity.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for senior management review.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to align marketing efforts with product availability and quality assurance.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIM) is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the food or beverage industry.
Skills:
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
