The Platinum Group Africa Limited is a fast-growing Real Estate firm and seeks to hire experienced, self-driven and results oriented candidates to fill in the role of Sales & Marketing Executive. The desired persons will be reporting to the Sales & Marketing Team Leader. He/She will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and generating revenue for the company. (Salary: 15.000 Ksh) Gross Salary: Kshs 12k plus Commissions,

- Prospecting & closing in on project sales
- Accompanying clients for site visits and inspections
- Be the official representative of the company and ensure excellent customer service is given
- Be part of implementing the sales strategy laid in place
- Follow up on leads assigned to you by your supervisor
- Maintain a clear database that displays all lead contacts and status of prospects and clients, showing the conversion rate of all leads in a particular project.
- Keep up to date with current real estate market trends by undertaking market intelligence and advising the company
- Generate individual leads to expand the customer base.
- Ensure all clients sign their offer letters & sales agreements on time and Deposits are paid on time.
- Ensure monthly sales targets are met without fail
- Ensure individual clients are up to date with their payments as per the terms of the agreement.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Sales and/or Marketing or any relevant field
- At least 2-3 years experience in Real Estate (Marketing holiday homes).
- The candidates need to be of Age 28 years and above.

- Confident and with good negotiation skills
- Skilled in selling to customer needs
