    • Our client seeks to recruit Sales Executives whose key responsibilities will include:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

    • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the outdoor advertising market.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses, agencies, and brands.
    • Conduct presentations and meetings to promote our advertising solutions.

    Sales & Revenue Generation:

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of sales.
    • Create and implement strategies to grow the client base, focusing on both high-value accounts and untapped markets.
    • Develop customized advertising proposals and negotiate terms and contracts with clients.

    Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and market shifts within the outdoor advertising sector.
    • Provide market insights to help shape our offerings and create competitive pricing models.

    Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to the

    Head of Sales.

    Brand Advocacy & Networking:

    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to establish brand presence and build business relationships.
    • Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with client needs and expectations.

    Key Qualifications & Skills:

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in outdoor advertising, media sales, or related industries.
    • A track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

    Skills:

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long- term business relationships.
    • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to tailor pitches to different audiences.
    • Good understanding of the Kenyan outdoor advertising landscape, media trends, and key players.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

    Personal Attributes:

    • Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-sufficient with the ability to work independently.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
