• Promote and sell residential and commercial plots located in Nakuru, Gilgil, Rumuruti and Maralal to prospective buyers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
• Design and conduct campaigns, tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of their properties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials
• Attend networking events, trade shows and community activities to promote our properties and expand our customer base.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years in land selling business
• Diploma in Marketing or a related field
• Valid Driving license will be an added advantage
• Digital marketing experience
• At least 22 years of age
