    The Sales Representative will help TUKO grow their online courses direction by converting their base of warm leads into paying customers, and building strong partnerships with learners, institutions, and corporate clients.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels using our warm base of leads.
    • Clearly explain the course's value proposition, tailoring the pitch to individual client needs.
    • Confidently handle objections and address questions to build trust and demonstrate expertise.
    • Use selling techniques to close a deal.
    • Record all client interactions, follow-up actions, and sales progress in our CRM tool.
    • Develop a systematic follow-up routine to re-engage undecided leads and convert them into clients.
    • Share insights from clients interactions to help improve sales scripts, marketing materials, and the overall customer journey.

    QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS

    • 3+ Years of B2C Sales Experience: Proven track record in closing deals via calls, using a warm base of leads. 
    • Previous work in industries like telesales,  education, e-learning, insurance, or retail sales with a focus on client acquisition.
    • Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
    • Fast Learner: Ready to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
