o Provide leadership to the teachers, staff, and students.

o Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective operation of the school.
o Manage the curriculum development and implementation process.
o Plan school Programmes that are value additional to students.
o Instill discipline to students, teachers and handle disciplinary issues.
o Should possess excellent problem-Solving and decision-making skills
Required Qualifications:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
o Practicing Christian (born again is an added advantage)
o Should be between 40-50years of age preferably female
