Job Summary
- The overall purpose of this job is to support the Manager and Director in execution of client engagements as and when assigned in accordance with established procedures and quality management principles.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- BA/BS/BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant field;
- Pursuing professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIFA)
- 3 years + post-qualification experience in a reputable consulting firm.
- Report writing skills.
- Research, Communication and Presentation skills.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Proven track record within the public sector consulting.
Main Responsibilities of Job
- Conduct research and review associates work on the various sections as assigned;
- Participate in proposal/prequalification/Tenders consolidation and development while taking complete ownership of the process;
- Draft reports and presentations based on the sections or assignment being executed while ensuring they are aligned to the scope and findings of the study/research;
- Ensure that the deliverables submitted to the Manager/Director meet the required guidelines as per the scope of the assignment;
- Attend, brief the Manager/Director and make presentations during client meetings while identifying gaps;
- Ensure participation in departmental activities through proper project management/ field work and shadowing the manager in global departmental calls;
- Mentor and coach associates in order to ensure efficiency in executing different tasks;
