    Skills You Need to Apply:

    • Extensive Recruitment Experience: Proven background in recruiting with a strong track record of successful delivery demonstrated across various types of roles and industries, that should include core expertise in operational skill sets, e.g. smartphone/FMCG distribution, warehouse operations, frontline sales, stock control in a mix of operational and knowledge worker environments.
    • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with various levels of management and diverse teams.
    • Innovative Thinking & Leadership: Ability to refine recruitment processes and implement innovative strategies that align with the company’s goals and values, guiding a strong TA team to deliver local and global solutions and projects eg interviewer training, referral campaign improvements, etc.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
    • Agency: Previous recruitment agency success is highly desirable.
    • Managing: Experience managing a small team whilst remaining hands-on
