The Sales Manager will lead and inspire a team of 10-15 sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets in the printing & packaging industry, which is high paced and competitive. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of sales strategies, team management, and client relationship building. The Sales Manager will oversee the team in servicing and expanding a portfolio of at least 150 clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client partnerships.

Graphic Systems is amongst the largest printing & packaging companies in East Africa. The Company was established over 25 years ago. It employs over 350 permanent staff, and an additional 100-150 contract labor. The Company supplies the East African market with large format (indoor & outdoor print advertising material), commercial printing (books, posters, flyers, etc), industrial printing (labels, cartons), flexible packaging, garmenting & and promotional give away items.

Residency status: Preferably Ugandan National or holder of Certificate of Residence , but open to Expatriates
Qualification: MBA/MA/MSc in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
BBA/BA/BSc in Sales & Marketing, Management
Linguistic skills: Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales & marketing of sheetfed offset and/or large format printed products
- Exposure to several technologies including: sheetfed offset & large format printing
- Serving at least 20-30 clients
- Managing sales of at least 300,000 USD per annum
- Ideally has worked in Africa in the printing industry
Age:Minimum 28 years old - Maximum 40 years old
Product line: Commercial Printing (books, posters, flyers, carnets), Large Format printing (billboards, pull up banners, tear drops)
