Responsibilities will include.
- The instructors will be teaching special classes like Zumba / Aqua Zumba, Salsa, Rhumba, Yoga, Spin, Taekwondo, Pilates, Aerobics, Cross-fit, Acapella, Barre, Aqua Aerobics and or any other Wellness classes.
- The instructor works towards creating excellence in the Fitness Centre reporting directly to the UNWC Manager
- Responsible for preparing the indoor/outdoor space prior to the class, by ensuring the space is ready/equipped and suitable for use by the clients
- Promoting fitness classes to both members and non-members for purposes of increasing or sustaining membership
- Have a client database or profile in his record for purposes of reference.
- Advice clients on health and fitness related matters.
- Perform other related duties as required. Events Facilitation:
- Plan, organize, and facilitate fitness-related events, workshops, and wellness activities.
- Coordinate with the events team to manage logistics and event promotion.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, schedules, and event content that engage and inspire clients.
- Collaborate with the event team to ensure successful event execution.
- Gather feedback from participants to improve future events and fitness programs
Qualifications/special skills
- High School Certificate is required. Certificate in Zumba / Aqua Zumba, Salsa, Rhumba, Yoga, Spin, Taekwondo, Pilates, Aerobics, Cross-fit, Acapella, Barre, Aqua Aerobics is required.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience from a reputable organization/setting is required in teaching Zumba / Aqua Zumba, Salsa, Rhumba, Yoga, Spin, Taekwondo, Pilates, Aerobics, Cross-fit, Acapella, Barre, Aqua Aerobics.
- Qualifications and knowledge of fitness and products and equipment is required.
