A Staffing Coordinator plays a key role in managing workforce resources for an organization or staffing agency. They are responsible for overseeing the scheduling, placement, and preparing day-to-day reports.

It's a 24hrs job, one should be flexible to work either day or night Shift for 3-4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring Support:
o Collaborate with HR/Recruiting to understand staffing needs.
2. Scheduling & Placement:
o Match available staff members to open positions based on skills, experience, and availability.
o Schedule shifts or assignments, making sure staffing levels align with operational needs.
o Adjust staffing levels as needed to handle changes in demand, such as unexpected absences or changes in workload.
3. Staff Management:
o Maintain an up-to-date database of staff availability and skills.
o Handle employee questions and concerns related to scheduling, time off, or other staffing issues.
4. Communication & Coordination:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for staff members and clients regarding staffing-related issues.
o Maintain regular communication with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
o Address any staffing-related problems that may arise, such as employee conflicts or gaps in coverage.
5. Employee Support & Retention:
o Monitor employee satisfaction and work to resolve any issues that may affect retention.
o Assist Lead Staffing Coordinator with performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions, when necessary, by providing information or reports.
o Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
· Excellent Communication: Excellent command of the English Language (Spoken and written; an American accent is an added advantage). Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with both staff, clients, and Management.
· Problem Solving: Aptitude for addressing issues quickly and effectively, especially in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to Detail: Ensuring accurate schedules, records, and employee information.
· Time Management: Ability to juggle numerous tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
· Personal Traits: Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff and clients.
Education & Experience:
· A diploma or Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
· Previous experience in Staffing, scheduling, human resources, Customer service, or administrative roles.
· Familiarity with staffing software or scheduling tools is an added advantage
· International remote work experience (USA/UK) is also an added advantage.
Training will be provided for the selected candidates.
