RESPONSIBILITIES
- The consultant will work in the Knowledge and Innovation Branch, under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Data and Analytics Unit.
- She/he will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Design technical materials and reports including assessment reports and related factsheets
- Convert data generated into city and country profiles
- Design material for capacity development including step by step manuals and presentations
- Develop and update e-learning and audio-visual material on selected urban indicators for online dissemination, based on the approved methodologies and developed modules.
Qualifications/special skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training in Statistical Infographics, or any other closely related field is required
- A minimum of seven (7) years of work experience working as statistical infographic designer working on a broad range of urban and human settlements issues is required.
- The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced by two (2) years for candidates who possess a first level University degree.
- Knowledge of and experience working with the SDGs is highly desirable.
