- NeoStream Technology Group is currently seeking a talented and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead projects within the engineering department. This team will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless delivery of projects at quality to our clients.
- The Technical Project Manager is a highly motivated individual with the ability to drive technology projects through their life cycle, ensuring technical solutions are sound and aligned to business goals. He/She is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects through all stages of the implementation process. The Technical Project Manager is a professional who can anticipate and resolve any problems, bottlenecks, or scheduling conflicts. The Technical Project Manager is a sound communicator who can link developers and business units to ensure high levels of quality and timelines of projects' implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Drive projects from Inception to delivery managing budget, timelines, and quality goals.
- Proactively monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Execute delivery process so that the distributed resources can work as an effective, objective driven and collaborative team.
- Provide leadership and help foster a work culture that recognizes, supports individual differences in workstyles, personalities, cultures and values to maximize team performance and effectively achieve team goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal team members.
- Putting in place a continuous improvement program with focus on identifying and implementing best practices, measuring performance and drive improvements.
- Leverage the existing tools or put in place new ones to ensure effective execution of projects.
- Reporting: Actively communicate with key stakeholders to keep them informed on project activities
- Ensure implementations are managed through the post-sales process
- Ensure adherence to all client data and security requirements
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field is required
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Project Manager, specifically in the technology industry
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Management style that exhibits high energy, efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness and a result orientation.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
- Key personal characteristics include being Ethical and values driven; innovative and open to different ideas/viewpoints.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience working with clients in the Fintech industry, with a demonstrated understanding of the sector.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
