Key Responsibilities
- Welcome travelers upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, or in-person in a courteous and timely manner.
- Assist with baggage handling
- Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Handle special requests, including assistance for VIPs, elderly passengers, or families with young children.
- Stay informed of flight schedules and resolve potential travel issues or delays
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve processes.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Represent the company with professionalism and maintain excellent customer service standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer relations or a related field.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Customer Service Software and CRM tools
- Proven experience in Customer Service Management
- Attitude: Positive, empathetic, and patient approach to customer interactions.
