Key Responsibilities

  • Implement relevant tools for occupational health management focusing on mental health and resiliency in cooperation with local stakeholders.
  • Lead local research on people's well-being and ensure that employee engagement measures are well organized.
  • Develop and optimize strategies on health-related issues, such as measurability of health & wellbeing (key performance indicators), mental health or organizational resilience.
  • Align on-site initiatives with the wellbeing programs of our clients.
  • Report on mental health and resilience topics at regular business meetings.
  • Directly mentor and lead the resiliency coaches at the Nairobi site.
  • Support and manage our ’Feel Good Program.
  • Create an atmosphere in which managers and the Wellbeing & Resiliency team work well together for the benefit of all employees.

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in Operations or HR/ EAP (Employee Assistance Programme/Employee Wellness programme) with a focus on health and well-being.
  • A degree in HR, psychology, occupational health, or a comparable field of study.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Particularly good knowledge of English (company language at the site is English).
  • Experience in the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry and in project management is desirable.
  • A strong talent for organizing and coordinating and mediating between stakeholders.
  • Empathic personality with the ability to understand and reflect on the feelings of others.
  • The drive to accomplish goals and combine multiple objectives as a personal ambition.
  • The ability to think outside of set paths and find different solutions to different situations.
This role will be based in Nairobi
