Position: Zonal Director – Coast South Zone
Educational Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years in sales.
- Understanding of telecommunications operations environment is key.
Core Responsibilities:
- Monitor, motivate, and supervise daily work of commercial, technical, and sales managers and staff.
- Develop and execute marketing programs and sponsorships in collaboration with the Marketing team to grow the Yas brand in the region.
- Ensure business operations adhere to the highest standards, aligning with the organization’s mission and values.
- Set objectives in line with business goals and ensure appraisals are conducted by managers.
- Own business KPI metrics and manage the distribution channel ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with legal and statutory Health and Safety requirements.
- Build communication links with local authorities.
- Expand the subscriber base beyond its significant current numbers.
- Manage the region’s annual business planning process and ensure compliance with approved budgets.
