What You’ll Do:
- Support daily operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting executives and teams.
- Organize company records, handle reports, and maintain key operational documents.
- Manage communications with vendors and service providers, assisting in procurement and contract administration.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive), Notion, and Slack.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
